
Accountancy group Dains has acquired a specialist in providing VAT services to the NHS.
London-based CRS VAT, which provides VAT recovery and tailored advisory services, has been bought out by the Midlands group in an undisclosed deal.
CRS' founder Chris Silk said: "Having been established for 21 years, we are delighted to join forces with Dains as we continue to grow our market share across the UK.
"With Dains' support, we will be able to provide an enhanced service to our clients and connect to an incredible network of advisors across the group."

Dains Accountants employs more than 650 people across eight offices in the Midlands, recently relocating its Birmingham team to the city's Paradise estate which is now also its new headquarters.
