Surveying practice strikes deal for office space

Newater House in Birmingham

A surveying practice has struck a deal for new office space in Birmingham.

Anstey Horne has taken 2,050 sq ft in Newater House, Newhall Street, to support its expansion plans.

Having gone from a team of five to 15 in less than two years, Anstey Horne required a workspace that could accommodate its growing operations.

The building has recently undergone refurbishment work to create new offices with breakout areas, meeting booths, communal meeting spaces, bike storage and changing rooms.
